Managing a website has taught me that search visibility is a technical and editorial process. Google needs to be able to crawl a page, understand its canonical URL and find useful content.
Search Console can report issues such as redirects, 404 pages, alternate canonical pages and sitemap problems. These messages help identify how search engines interpret a website.

I also learned that deleting a page does not necessarily make it disappear from search immediately. Search engines need time to recrawl and update their indexes. My approach is now to combine technical SEO with genuinely useful content.
