1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Cozon DW application ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Accessing the service constitutes a legal agreement between you and the Cozon DW team.
2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform and participate in any coin-earning activities.
3. User Accounts
To ensure a fair and authentic creator community, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate registration data.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Strictly: Create only ONE account per device. Multiple accounts from the same device will result in a permanent ban.
- Accept that your device ID is recorded to prevent abuse.
4. Meme Posting & Content
Cozon DW is a meme creator platform. When posting content, you agree to:
- Post only original content or content you have the right to share.
- Choose from the 8 available categories: Funny, Relatable, Gaming, Tech, Animals, Sports, Dark Humor, Random.
- Free users may post up to 2 memes per day; Premium users up to 10 per day.
- Not post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violates others' rights.
- Accept that all memes are automatically deleted after 60 days.
- Accept that we may remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.
5. XP, Coins & Virtual Currency
Cozon DW awards XP (experience points) and Coins for platform engagement:
- XP tracks your creator level and leaderboard ranking.
- Coins are virtual currency earned through engagement (1 coin = ₦1 NGN).
- Conversion rate: 1,500 coins = $1 USD.
- Coins are not legal tender and hold no value outside the platform.
- We reserve the right to adjust reward rates without prior notice.
- Coins and XP cannot be transferred between accounts.
- XP or coins earned from abusive activity may be reversed.
6. Leaderboards & Badges
Cozon DW features competitive leaderboards and achievement badges:
- Leaderboards rank creators by engagement: Daily, Weekly, and All-Time.
- Top-ranked creators earn bonus XP rewards and exclusive badges.
- Badges are earned for milestones (first post, streaks, leaderboard rankings, etc.).
- Leaderboard manipulation (fake likes, bot activity) results in disqualification and ban.
7. Withdrawal Policy
Users may withdraw coin earnings subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal: 15,000 coins ($10 USD).
- Withdrawals are processed to Nigerian bank accounts.
- Processing times may vary based on demand or security audits.
- We may reject requests from accounts suspected of fraudulent activity.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for large payouts.
- Pending withdrawals may be cancelled if these Terms are breached.
8. Premium Membership
Cozon DW offers an optional Premium subscription with enhanced creator tools:
- Cost: ₦3,200/month ($2 USD).
- Premium status is valid for 30 days from purchase or renewal date.
- Premium benefits include: 10 posts/day, ad-free experience, post boosting, advanced analytics, creator verification badge, and trending priority.
- Premium status is non-refundable once activated.
- Renewal extends from current expiry date, not purchase date.
- Premium benefits are linked to your account and non-transferable.
- Payment is processed securely via Paystack.
9. Airtime & Data Recharge
Users may convert coins to airtime or data bundles:
- Recharges are available for Nigerian mobile networks.
- Recharges are processed via third-party VTU providers.
- Failed recharges will be refunded to your coin balance within 24 hours.
- We are not responsible for network provider delays or issues.
10. Spin Wheel & Daily Rewards
The Spin Wheel and daily streak system provide non-monetary perks:
- Spin rewards include bonus XP, extra spins, rare badges, and special perks.
- All spin rewards are non-monetary (no cash value).
- Daily login streaks award bonus XP and perks for consecutive days.
- Exploiting the spin or streak system will result in account suspension.
11. Advertising & Ad Viewing
Cozon DW displays advertisements to free users. By using the platform, you agree to:
- View advertisements as part of the free experience (Premium users are ad-free).
- Provide consent for personalized or non-personalized ads via the consent dialog.
- Accept frequency limits: minimum 5 minutes between interstitial ads.
- Not use ad blockers or methods to bypass ad viewing.
- Watch complete rewarded ads to receive associated bonus rewards.
12. Strict Prohibitions
The following behaviors will result in an immediate permanent ban without payout:
- Use of VPNs, Proxies, or Emulators to spoof location.
- Automation scripts, bots, or auto-clickers.
- Creating multiple accounts on the same device.
- Posting copyrighted content without permission.
- Spamming, harassment, or hate speech in comments.
- Exploiting technical glitches for unauthorized gain.
- Sharing accounts or selling account access.
- Using modified or unofficial versions of the app.
- Artificially inflating likes, comments, or engagement metrics.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Cozon DW is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cozon DW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for Premium membership, if any.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
